As a Purchasing analyst in Client Technology, you will be part of our central business management team helping to serve our internal product teams purchasing needs.
In today’s complex and highly collaborative environment, our product teams rely on working with multiple vendors to build leading technology-based solutions.
Your work will make an impact helping teams execute purchase orders in a timely manner with accurate data and following best practices.

Your key responsibilities
Create purchase order requests for assigned purchases and respond to general inquiries about purchasing
Update regularly on goods receipt and invoice receipt aging
Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate updates as needed on purchase order creation and invoice reviews
Ensure purchase order and goods receipt process activities follow internal policies
Guide stakeholders through intake management processes interacting with our Global Procurement team, governance review boards and Accounts Payable teams
Coordinate risk management and compliance activities related to purchasing needs

To qualify for the role, you must have
2+ years of work experience in operational, procurement, sourcing, contracts, or service desk management
Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or equivalent years of experience
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Ideally, you’ll also have
Experience with source to pay concepts and the procurement of goods and services
Experience with SAP purchasing modules
