Under the supervision of the Director performs confidential administrative duties and provides support to the Global Contract Management team.
Essential Functions :
1.Assists internal and external Customers or others with general information about the processes and procedures of the Global Contract Management team.
2.Provides regular reports and updates regarding the status of Customer contracts and initiates required administrative reports to Contracts, Finance, and Operations management as requested.
3.Gathers, compiles, and reports information relevant to departmental needs and projects.
4.Participates in planning and facilitating various staff meetings and other organization functions, as appropriate.
5.Follows up as necessary with internal and external Customers on outstanding contractual documents.
6.Establishes and maintains alphabetical, numerical, and subject filing systems.
7.Compiles necessary internal approvals and coordinates with Legal to execute contractual documents and coordinates shipment of documents to Customers.
8.May assist in maintaining and monitoring internal operating systems and procedures.
9.Gathers information, searches files, and records, and makes personal contacts to obtain specific information in order to prepare detailed contractual status reports and compose correspondence.
Other Responsibilities :
Performs other work-related duties as assigned. Minimal travel may be required (up to 25%).

B.A. / B.S., preferably in business or life sciences, contracts management experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and voicemail.
Above average attention to detail, accuracy, flexibility, organizational and interpersonal skills, team-oriented and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and understand and carry out detailed instruction and the ability to work concurrently on several projects, each with specific instructions that may differ from project to project.
Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously to meet critical deadlines is necessary. Ability to interact with staff from multiple departments.
Excellent written / oral communication and organizational skills are required.
