We are currently looking for Cloud Engineers to work in a new global high-scale project in our team, 100% related to Cloud Services & Support.

Necessary skills and experience required :

  • System Engineering degree or equivalent professional technical experience.
  • Systems : Unix / Linux or Windows for Cloud environments (Command line, filesystems, processes, System, constraints, Client / Server Model, Distributed Systems)
  • PaaS / Developer : ability to read, understand code and familiarity with Cloud PaaS and storage products.
  • Understanding of Data Centre transformation concepts
  • Expertise in DevOps and related tools / languages like Chef, Puppet, Python, Terraforms, Jenkins, Ansible will be valued.
  • Experience with any Cloud Provider, will be a plus for this position.
  • Language Skills : Advanced / Bilingual English
  • Responsibility :

    You will have different type of responsibilities related to :

  • Use existing troubleshooting tools and techniques to establish root cause for queries and provide a customer facing root cause assessment.
  • Understand business impact of customer issue report and follow internal issue prioritization guidelines, provide justification on priority for a given single customer report.
  • Perform internal classification queries documenting classes of problems and preventative actions for further retroactive analysis.
  • Perform community management tasks as needed by the business.
  • Take cases involving customer-specific requirements on architectural design, provide solutions limited to a particular product (or a subset of product features).
  • Provide high-touch assistance to highest Tier customers, build in-depth understanding of most pressing customer issues and act as an advocate for such issues with Client engineers and Program Managers.
  • Location : Buenos Aires, Argentina.

    Shift : Full Time.
