As a member of our Templates Analysis team, you’d use your analytical skills and understanding of our versatile platform to optimize the creation of our portals.
You’d be a nexus between our development and business areas, providing expertise to determine the best way to respond to our customers’ needs through portal design.
Your challenges and objectives :
Thoroughly understand our sophisticated platform.
Ensure that requests for portal creation are viable and optimal by maintaining effective communication between our business and development teams.
Identify opportunities for improvement in our portal creation process.
Develop a criterion to prioritize requests.
Add value to the development of our portals by being a facilitator for the interaction between different teams.
Your day-to-day activities
Examine portal creation and modification requests for feasibility and optimization.
Understand our clients’ business needs and work with our consultants and account managers to implement Avature.
Collaborate with our Sales Engineering team to offer clients viable solutions to their specific needs.
Work with our templates development team and our QAs to ensure portals are well-designed and bug-free.
Answer inquiries and spread knowledge of currents and new functionalities internally.
Organize your workflow by assigning the adequate priority to requests for the creation or modification of our portals.
About you :
Excellent problem solving skills, analytical thinker.
Great communicational skills.
Very good level of English (written and oral).
Basic knowledge of HTML, TWIG, PHP, JS, CSS
Organized and detail-oriented.
Eager to work in a self-driven environment.
A technical background is valued.
