  • P&L management to improve results focusing on growth and OP;
  • Improve dental market share in regional scope, using the distributors base stablished;
  • Relationships with existing dealer partners, network contact and en users with territory.
  • Qualifications

  • Ability to work cross functionally;
  • High energy level and be an independent worker, capable of operating in a fast-moving, ever changing environment;
  • Commercial excellen - must possess the technical skills necessary to growth market share;
  • Spanish and English fluency;
  • University degree required;
  • Dealers channel management experience;
  • Indirect sales role experience;
  • Financial experience (margin analysis, discounting, promotions, etc).
  • Health field background is preferable
