Description Implement strategies and corporate action plans for labor relations, to all of the company areas jointly with the Labor Relations team, and the teams of each company area, contributing to the achievement of the business objectives. Responsibilities

  • Design and implement action plans of Labor Relations for the achievement of the business objectives to ensure the greatest contribution to the business, in a manner consistent with the overall strategy of the company.
  • Implementation of control strategy of contingencies in dispute, judicial negotiations, judicial budget control.
  • Coordination of activities and Labor Relations process with roles and responsibilities shared with Human Resources support teams for internal customers.
  • Coordinate the alignment of the management and internal work processes with the Region and the rest of the plants in Argentina, to ensure the development of policies and current procedures necessary for the operation.
  • Develop KPIs of reference to their management and dimensions.
  • Academic Knowledge

  • University degree in Law, Labor Relations, Human Resources degree, or related careers.
  • Fluent English. Working Knowledge
  • Strong experience in positions with similar responsibilities and contact with internal customers.
  • Knowledge of work procedures in different governmental agencies and trade unions.
  • Reliable use of Microsoft Office. Competencies
  • Implementation of policies and labor relations procedures, ensuring compliance with labor legislation.
  • Identify / Generate / Implement best practices
  • Representation of Mondelez with administrative and judicial governmental agencies.
  • Development and implementation of labor legal strategy according to the need of the business and ensuring consistency across the organization.
