The Team : Public Ownership & Investor Activism
The Public Ownership & Investor Activism team in Buenos Aires, Argentina is primarily responsible for Sourcing, Extracting, Storing, and Linking Ownership positions of Publically Listed Companies sourced from native language documents.
The team in BA is divided into two large components, Quality and Production but given the nature of work that happens on the site and driven by priorities each vertical supports the other when the need arises.
The production vertical primarily looks at making sure we are sourcing the information timely, extracting all relevant data with utmost quality, and storing that information properly in our tools.
The team also manages multiple workflows within and across global teams and ensures they function properly. Enhancement of tools, prioritizing bug fixes, and improving the workflows also comprises the core components the team is responsible for.
The Impact :
Responsible for timely and accurate ownership data collection for multiple key markets.
This role is also responsible for making sure the KPIs are consistently being met.
Responsible for managing cost of operations of the division under the role including T&E, training, etc.
Responsible for end to end management of projects and reporting out to senior management.

Working closely with domain leaders / peers including data management in executing key projects, monitoring their health regularly, and reporting out to senior stakeholders.
Partnering closely with peers / leaders across domains to leverage existing solutions should they have a material benefit for our dataset.
Monitor shift allocation, leaves, over time, and changes in Workday.
Cascading organization strategy and important updates to the entire team on regular intervals and making sure the entire team is aligned with the objectives.
Hiring the right talent in the team and also responsible for retaining top talent.
Ensure clear and seamless communication across levels and teams.
Communicate clearly on Pay for Performance culture and principles and the linkage to Rewards
Manages the performance review process, talent development and talent management responsibilities. Identifies individual strengths to appropriately delegate work amongst team.
Ensures all organization policies are followed in the team.
What We’re Looking For :
Basic Qualifications :
University degree (Post Graduate degree preferred)
5 years of work experience leading teams in multinational companies
Fluent in English and Spanish : Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
Proven ability to think analytically; the skill to understand and evaluate complex issues and collate information into reasoned arguments.
Demonstrable ability to manage own time as well as priorities whilst working effectively under pressure and within a team across different locations.
Good knowledge and understanding of the business operations and can relate their contributions to those of the business.
Ability to implement processes effectively. Solves a variety of problems within their operational setting and provides solutions based on best practices and existing precedents.
Strong project management skills
Good numerical ability and accurate reporting
Good communication skills for leading the teams and to align teams with client deliverables
Thorough knowledge MS Office Excel, PowerPoint& Word
Understanding of LEAN principles and Automation tools will definitely be an expectation from this role.
