Design original pieces, including illustrations, assets, poses, etc with a consumer centric mindset.

  • Generate original ideas to portray concepts and product inspirations to pitch our Licensing partners.
  • Review junior designers work to ensure high quality and brand alignment.
  • Liaise with Product Development team to ensure deadlines and expectations are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with Creative & Consumer Products industry development, trends, and tools.
  • Maintain franchise consistency throughout all our Consumer Products developments.
  • Refine images, fonts, layouts, backgrounds, etc. using diverse graphic design softwares.
  • Create stunning presentations to awe and inspire Partners through design & unique concepts.
  • Knowledge & sensitivity to Latam markets, consumers & the diverse spectrum of styles.
  • Basic Qualifications :

  • Proven 4-6 years of work experience as a Senior Artist / Designer, Graphic Designer, Artist or similar role.
  • Portfolio of completed design projects on a job relationship
  • Hands-on experience with image creating software, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc
  • Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine and generate styles, patterns, layouts, palettes, logos, under
  • cohesive concepts that don’t respond to a personal affinity but have anchor in proven rationals or conceptual


  • Strong ability to communicate, defend & share ideas, concepts or presentations to stakeholders, global peers
  • or higher ranked roles.

  • Attention to visual detail & polished detailing.
  • Required Education

  • Degree in Design, Visual Arts or equivalent years of training.
