About the role
We are looking for an empowered, biased for action Operations Analyst to join our Operations team in Argentina, reporting to our Operations Manager.
This person will be a strategic thinker and problem solver responsible of leading the end-to-end operations of our service portfolio.

What you’ll do day in day out :
Grow : Create and implement strategies and initiatives that will lever the path to growth for our different services.
Manage : Assure the day to day performance of the business, considering all dimensions of the services provided.
Quality : lead projects aimed to continuously improve user experience (both driver and passenger), at all stages of the user lifecycle.
Engage : Maintain both passenger and driver users engaged to our service; we must always be their first choice.
Connect : Work closely with Central and Local Growth Team as well as Marketing, Fraud, Finance, Customer Experience teams, ensuring the correct strategies are in place for success of the service and that they have all the relevant local information.
What you need to have :
At least two years of experience in highly competitive sectors (Consulting, Investment Banking, FMCG, High-growth start-ups, etc).
Experience managing a business or business area, with End to End vision and responsibility over it. Experience managing teams is not a must, the systemic End to End view of a business unit is.
Advanced strategic thinking and data analytics. Capacity to extract insights and actions from numbers is a must.
Capacity to work as a team, communicate precisely and efficiently with colleagues, generate close trust relationships.
Outstanding stakeholder management is necessary.
Excellent communication skills both in English and Spanish.
