Working as a Field Service Engineer at Signify is dynamic. We’re greater together through peer learning in our globally diverse team, with different backgrounds and nationalities.
What you’ll do
You ensure timely and qualitative (on-site) execution of services that provide the customer with a positive customer experience
You understand customer needs & resolve issues using technical knowledge and our support network
You enable further business opportunities in customers’ installed base through maintaining close relationship with the customer
Drives for high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and correct solving of complaints, inquiries and requests related to technical product related topics.
Executes recall activities.
Analyses & solve complaints, on or off-site. Drives root cause analysis and preventive action. Keeps customers proactively informed and flags patterns of complaints towards management.
Involves Quality management / Business to obtain solutions in event of timely escalated complaints.
Keeps complaint data base up to date. Provides input to improve the functional working of the complaints tool.
Understands and applies the relevant warranties related to our products and systems when executing customer resolution activities.
Is able to identify upsell opportunities.
What you’ll need

Product and service improvement + Product warranties
Delivers on Field Support commitment
Bachelor degree in Electronics / Electrical engineering or related field
