CDTS team works closely with our Sales, Solutions, and Legal teams to help shape complex consulting and outsourcing engagements.
Typical deal structures incorporate innovative financial solutions, sophisticated pricing, and risk management to generate value for Accenture and our clients.
CDTS professionals act as independent business advisors to Sales team throughout the business development phase of the deal and are responsible for the financial accuracy of Accenture s proposals.
The team also works on building new business through acquisitions, joint ventures, operating companies and alliances. As a part of Corporate Development & Transaction Services (CDTS), you will provide analytical support to shape these complex deal structures, through creation of financial models and reports that support the pricing approach and demonstrate the financial value to both Accenture and our clients.
Qualifications University degree Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related major.
Advanced level of English level.
