End User Support Engineer

You will be responsible for providing best-in-class customer experience for collaboration and digital workplace technologies.

You will be expected to leverage new technologies and analytics to continuously improve the customer experience.

As an End User Support Engineer, you will be responsible for :

Responding to and tracking reports from internal and external customers.

Providing initial triage, with goal to handle more issues over time with familiarity / skillset.

Making sure support is completed in a timely manner.

Interacting with customer systems (logins, copying down files, configuring software, etc.).

Entering bugs and featuring requests in tracking systems. Documenting of problem solving steps into a growing knowledge base.

Tracking distribution of support issues to look for optimization possibilities.

Identifying modules having problems, scanning through error logs and source code, helping determine reproduction paths.

Investigating software crashes, with potential to code bug fixes. Proactively reducing future support burden.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will :

Have a Bachelor's studies in Computer Science or similar with 2 yrs of experience in similar role positions.

Have 1-3 yrs of experience in sustainment engineering, technical customer support, or software development.

Have hands on operations experience with multiple application, OS and network level support.

Have the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical communities.

Be of an analytical mindset with proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutions. Have planning and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and processes effectively.

Have experience of working with customers, identifying and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
