Fluent English ( mandatory)* SAP Management ( desirable)* Excellent analytical capacity and proactivity.Main Responsibilities* Accountability for understanding the composition of all Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Revenue & Costs of Sales account for Nike Digital Commerce activity for SOCO ( Argentina, Chile & Uruguay).
Supporting Finance Planning by investigating and story-telling forecast-actual variances in margin results & inventory balances* Be a part of the project team that works on the creation and enablement of new business models and the evolution of such models* Point of contact for the Nike Digital business to obtain all of the information and then share and review with the rest of the territories of Controlling counterparties and also provide feedback related to statutory requirements when comparing the SOCO process with another Territory / Geo* Touch base with HQ / other territories for best practice inquires and sharing ours based in prior experience* Work with NIKE Tech on creating / enabling the process workflow from the systematic standpoint as well as performing the testing and provide feedback to make the corrections* Work with Compliance to ensure we have adequate controls associated with the risks of the new business models* Monitoring of actuals to make sure the information is flowing correctly in SAP and connect with stakeholders when issues are found (NIKE Tech, Financial Planning, digital, MPO, etc.
Understanding & documenting financial systems & data elements, including how automated journal entries are created & recorded* Executing internal controls over financial reporting for owned financial statement processes* Connect with Financial Planning to report R&Os, accounting adjustments and provide feedback about fcst as required* Creating SOPs & Process Flows to set a foundation for knowledge retention* Completing other related duties of Controlling as identified & assigned NIKE, Inc.
