Human Resources develops and executes successful recruiting programs, learning and expertise-development initiatives, strategic staffing assignments, effective reporting and analytics, performance management processes, and work-life benefits and operations.

Human Resources Associate (Benefits & Payroll) We seek a Human Resources Associate to join our Human Resources team in our Buenos Aires, Argentina office.

This role supports South America benefit plan administration across a global, multi-office firm, and will touch the complete benefits life-cycle (enrollment to termination).

This position will also provide support for North America offices as needed. The position reports to a Human Resources Manager (Benefits).

Payroll Knowledge would be an added advantage. Responsibilities : Coordinate the timely processing of all operational transactions related to benefits programs coordinating their execution with external and internal providers (benefit, bank, AFIP & payroll vendors, finance, payroll, etc.

  • new hires / terminations / status changes; Review benefit payment calculations such as pension plans; Support to the insurance renewal process;
  • Ad hoc analysis and reporting; Reconcile monthly benefits invoices with enrollments and investigate discrepancies; Facilitate the new joiner benefits overview session;
  • Execute routine processes and analysis within Human Resources and payroll; Manage address changes across all benefit vendor systems;
  • Monitor & respond to employee benefit & payroll inquiries; Liaison with vendor contacts; Perform other duties as assigned.

    Timely reporting / adherence of Payroll & Benefit related compliances Qualifications : BS / BA degree in Human Resources or Business Administration with record of high academic achievement.

  • Up to 3 years of benefit administration experience; Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese Fluent in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook);
  • Effective oral and written communication skills; Professional presence and demeanor with ability to exercise good judgment and discretion;
  • Strong analytic skills, with an ability to work methodically and analytically; Attention to detail, dependability, punctuality;
  • Strong customer service orientation; Experience working both independently and in a demanding, team-oriented environment;
  • Proactive self-starter with strong quality control focus and ability to meet deadlines; Sense of humor appreciated . ZS is a global consulting firm.

    Fluency in English and the local office language is required; additional fluency in Portuguese is desirable. Candidates must possess or be able to obtain work authorization for their intended country of employment.
