Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support and work collaboratively with Global Portfolio Engineering on showcases & experience centers and provide insight and guidance into : Build content for the Digital Thread for showcases & experience centersThe intake process from sales to develop a scaled customer playThe governance over technical demonstration and talk track to delight the customer
  • Interface with Enterprise Account & Strategic Regional Account managers & leadership, ISSE teams, and Kalypso principals & leadership to assist in complex pursuits
  • Develop 2 world-class Innovation Studio locations & experiences that aid salesWork with industry thought leaders to create software / hardware demonstrations & Digital Thread content with specific industry messagesDesign, build and maintain Studio locations to ensure efficient and agile execution of experiences with clients
  • Effectively translate technical terms and complex concepts into everyday language and properly manage expectations, both internally and externally.
  • Provide reporting on Innovation Studio impact on clients and salesDevelop key performance metrics to which success can be measuredReport performance to key internal executive stakeholdersProvide formal regular status reports to LCS leadership, Sales leadership, and Kalypso leadership
  • Understand products, technologies, solutions, and consulting & professional services centered on Digital Transformation services to develop relevant content for clients & industries & generate sales
  • Manage Showcase Developers teamIdentifies and prioritizes appropriate training for Showcase developersMentor and coach developers on the consultative selling approach
  • Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Education

    Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% globally
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Preferably in Mathematics, Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
  • Experience in Automation, Engineering Services or Manufacturing industry
  • Familiarity with digital technologies PLM, MES, IOT, XR / VR, Advanced Analytics (Data Science, AI / ML)
  • Strong written& verbal communication & collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in high visibility, high pressure situations
  • Demonstrates vendor / partner relationship management, collaborative selling (e.g. PTC, Microsoft, ANSYS, Oracle) including influencing and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong contributor
  • High energy, driven and enthusiastic about opportunities to establish and implement new approaches.
  • Consistently achieving results even under tough circumstances. Ability to work in high visibility, high pressure situations.
