About the Role :
We are looking for a Business Analyst to provide analytics support and drive decision-making related to merchandising and member experience! The analyst’s key role will be to help run IPSY's monthly personalization program, analyze key merchandise assortment metrics, and make recommendations to create a delightful Glam Bag experience.
This role is highly cross-functional and will require close collaboration with Merchandising, Merchandising Planning, Analytics, Operations, and Machine Learning.
