We are looking to recruit our next . Main accountabilities :

  • Manage, develop and maintain reliable end-to-end customer service processes among Argentina and export markets-Ensure markets supply balancing inventory targets and working capital cost.
  • Pursue and deploy cost optimization opportunities such as inventory optimization, transportation & logistics, EOQ-Foster alignment and adherence to the Sales & Operations Planning process among all different stakeholders (internal and external)-

    Manage the overall portfolio of projects impacting on the Supply Planning ensuring adherence to the processes, accountabilities and timelines of all stakeholders involved.

    This involves the close monitoring of the overall project milestones and the escalationresolution of any potential issue with DIMproduction Planning, Product Development, Product Services, Manufacturing.

  • Foster collaboration with regional customer service peers to improve overall customer experience and enhance end-to-end S&OP process -
  • Take decisions on Lost On Goods Destroyed (LOGD) based on consolidated data from customer service executives and perform preventive actions with stakeholders, in order to ensure minimal LOGD levels.

  • Manage the validation processes of market s business plans with supply planning stakeholders and resolve any issue discrepancy, to ensure alignment of business plans and objectives.
  • Reporting and KPIs :
  • develop a set of KPI's related to budget, cost control and process performance for all customer service processes, in order to guarantee the total control of the operation Skills and Competencies :

  • CollegeUniversity.
  • Master in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent or specialization in Supply Chain -Minimum 6 years of experience in a Supply Chain andor Sales function in multinational companies of consumer goods.

  • Deep knowledge of planning and planning optimization process.
  • Good knowledge of the international export business.-English level :
