Now we’re looking for BDM Microsoft CSP (Direct Sales) to bring business growth to Softline’s interface. You’ll be a part of our Global Microsoft Division .

Job overview : BDM Microsoft CSP (Direct Sales) will be responsible to achieve his / her quota to be delivered through Softline Group Direct (AM) Sales teams.

Must have strong knowledge about Microsoft cloud products and extended experiences in direct sales / account managers / teams’ management.

What you’ll do :

  • Develop and land centrally designed, and locally executed Microsoft CSP direct sales strategy built on identified market opportunities, to deliver and exceed Microsoft CSP targets through direct sales teams for customers profitable acquisitions and churn reduction;
  • Work closely with Microsoft and Softline central and regional stakeholders to build aligned direct sales and GTM plans and programs to drive CSP growth across corporate customers;
  • Manage CSP direct sales playbook, programs, and process execution to support consistent pipe management, profitable customers acquisitions and churn reduction;
  • Work to identify gaps in cloud solutions portfolio offered under CSP, initiate and support developing and publishing co-sell ready solutions on Azure Marketplace or AppSource;
  • Maximize co-sell with Microsoft under CSP by integrating Microsoft programs and sales plays;
  • Maintain knowledge, awareness and help direct sales teams develop their CSP skills;
  • Manage consistent ROB across regional direct sales teams.
  • Profile requirements :

  • 5+ years’ experience in managing direct sales teams.
  • 3+ years public cloud selling experience, preferable Microsoft cloud products.
  • Working in multilanguage, geo extended environment including managing virtual teams.
  • Business development skills.
  • Influential and persistent personality.
  • Excellent presentation skills to executives & individual contributors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • University degree;
  • Fluent English.
