DTP Specialist / Graphic Designer
Position responsibilities :
Assess time / material requirements for completion of DTP and formatting tasks
Fix formatting on translated Word, PowerPoint, InDesign, Illustrator, XD and similar formats
Editing of charts and image-background recreation
Prepare various file formats and technologies for translation
Maximize the use of technology in all steps of formatting and troubleshooting
Coordinate and communicate with Project Managers and other departments in various offices and time zones, to ensure project deadlines are met
Essential skills and experience required :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Graphic Design degree or equivalent
Superb analytical skills
Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English)
Excellent knowledge of Graphic Design software (Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, etc.)
Desire to work in a fast paced environment and be a team player
Organized and motivated self-starter with a problem-solving attitude
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Must be flexible with hours to accommodate project deadlines
Localization, DTP, and technology related experience desired
Desired Skills :
Some knowledge of web programming languages a plus (HTML, XML, ASP, JSP)
Knowledge of OCR and CAT tools
Knowledge of XD, Sketch, Figma, AfterEffects
Knowledge of video edition and subtitling
