Digital Service Owner Corporate Functions (Legal, Corporate Security and Partnering solutions)
About the opportunity
As Digital Service Owner you will contribute to the design and end user’s satisfaction of services supported by Legal, Corporate Security and Partnering solutions.
As a Service Owner, and in coordination with the Application Owners of the Solutions, you will be accountable for the application’s lifecycle and quality of the support at optimized costs.
You’ll also supervise continuous improvement cycles and manage the expectation and perception of the customers to ensure value fulfilment.
In a constantly changing matrix environment amongst diverse functional teams, you will be able to leverage your good communication and interpersonal skills, and strong customer service orientation.
About growing with us in this role you will
Define, deliver and maintain Service lifecycle, assuring that : Service is designed and delivered aligned with customer requirements while optimizing delivery costService technology / platform is aligned and consistent with Architecture and Governance standardsService support is designed and operated based on ITBM ITFM, ITPM and ITSM process standards in alignment with ITBM Process Owners
Define, monitor, measure and meet appropriate Service Level Agreements SLA with the Customer, and Operational Level Agreements OLAs with internal Service providers
Define, measure and report on customer centric end to end service Performance Indicators and utilization metrics
Identify, communicate, and execute Continuous Improvement plan, maintaining and improving key metrics around usage, quality, and performance of the service
Be responsible for vendor management, including service performance, contractual and commercial efficiency, and overall partner engagement in Digital service strategy
Develop and execute Service implementation / transition plan, including user change management and employee engagement
Provide consistent Service-related communication and marketing
Be accountable to ensure the portfolio of projects (PPM) and applications (APM) of the Service are well aligned with service strategy
Ensure that service(s) are provided in compliance with applicable quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc.) and cybersecurity requirements
Support Application Owners and Project Teams during service setup
About you : qualifications, education and work experience
BSc or MSc diploma
Min. 7 years of relevant IT experience gained in Service Management / Service Ownership
Fluent English (Written and Spoken)
ITIL V3 / V4 qualifications
Proven experience in Vendor Management from an IT perspective
Advanced knowledge of Modern Operations & Continuous improvement
Experience in dealing with strategy and portfolio management, service roadmap, initiatives prioritization, budgets and negotiations with partners and vendors
Experience in service Reporting and Presentations to stakeholders
Lean & Agile practices (Intermediate level)
