Job Summary

Ensure all material risks are properly identified, supporting actions to mitigate them. Track Block Stock report and ensure a proper Write Off execution (physically and financially) is performed.

Key Duties / Responsibilities

  • Monthly Accrual for APU and CPS, validating information with CRM and operative areas and defining action plans to mitigate risks 60%
  • Track Block Stock Report on a weekly basis. 20%
  • Follow up improvement opportunities with areas to reduce impact on WO KBI. 15%
  • Monthly create the destruction order for materials that are no suitable for production or sale. 5%
  • Organization Impact / Influence :

    Internal contacts : Material Management, Finance, CRM, Customer, QA, IBMS, Warehouse.

  • Bachelor’s degree from an university or equivalent.

  • Analysis :

    Work requires determination of appropriate action from established guidelines, based on the analysis of the situation and advanced level of knowledge, in order to analyze complex and conceptual information.

    In some cases, the path to solve the problem is well defined and based on procedures. In other cases, new approaches are needed due to the complexity or the constraints.
