Better is enabled by trust and respect As a Specialist for Product Marketing, you will contribute to develop and execute the marketing plan, and reinforce key activities designed to increase market share.
You will handle all functions of the Marketing & Product strategy, driving engagement, alignment, and measuring success.
Working directly with global and regional marketing teams, you will develop and ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns, below the line (BTL) actions, network activations and other programs to increase Western Union awareness and strengthen customers connection to the brand.
With your strong analytical skills, you will manage competition monitoring and work into the execution of specially designed trade plans to improve product usage and network engagement.
You will work directly with the Sales team and collaborate to meet business goals and complete product developments. Lastly, you will oversee the end-to-end Money Transfer product with key teams and partners ensuring all features related to customer experience are executed to the highest quality standards.
You will have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field with four or more years’ progressive experience in marketing or product development in a company or agency setting.
You’ll need experience in retail marketing, regional execution, internal project management, budget and timeline management, copy-writing translation, and presentation support to Sr.
team leaders. Besides, you’ll need experience in working across organizations to coordinate marketing activations. You’ll work autonomously relative to management level with skill at juggling multiple priorities and a constant focus on delivery.
Also, you’ll need the ability to build a network and establish strong relationships with a diverse group of both internal and external stakeholders to accomplish key goals.
You’ll be able to achieve alignment and collaboration among individuals and groups with often disparate objectives. It is essential that you are highly organized and able to effectively manage multiple projects at one time.
With strong leadership qualities and excellent relationship management skills, you can communicate at all levels of the organization, and exercise strong negotiation and agency / vendor management skills.
You’ll need advanced English and advanced Excel. It’s desirable data analytics skills (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Power BI).
