Designs and implements Tenaris global programs aligning knowledge across regions working with top universities : TenarisUniversity Induction Camp (TUIC), International Orientation (IO), Management Development Program (MDP), Advanced Management Program (AMP) and Leadership Program (LP).
Participates in the definition of managerial competences assisting the HR Development area (HRDE) establishing appropriate courses for each competence and / or level.
Proposes individual training arising from People Review process results.
Manages the Advanced Studies process for Tenaris.
Works together with Development team to assess training needs related with managerial skills and defines training plans to close knowledge gaps.
Designs, organizes and implements global courses with line management support. Develops, applies and shares knowledge management techniques, ensuring new technologies and technological innovations are applied.
Leads the design and initial deployment of diversity training in Tenaris.
Manages the language training policy in Tenaris.
Has overall responsibility for all aspects of school operation.
Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
Proactively motivates, coaches, communicates with and develops his / her staff and manages HR related activities in line with Human Resources norms and procedures.
Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his / her area.
