In a SaaS enterprise like Avature, robust infrastructure is at the very core of our product. That’s why our System Administrators are fully immersed in the system, and their work has a direct impact on the final product we deliver.
As a part of the Core Infrastructure Team, you’ll work with hardware and software components to manage and keep our product and services up and running. Your challenges :
Understand Avature’s infrastructure and processes
Take ownership of our internal and external hosting needs and assure their safety and availability
Propose positive initiatives to improve our infrastructure
Your day-to-day activities
Work on internal customers’ requests, such as infrastructure systems maintenance and service tasks
Work on external customers’ requests that are passed on by customer-facing teams
Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents that may arise
Monitor, analyze and solve security issues

Linux Administration knowledge
