MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
Detect, develop, influence, pursue and Win Orders for STO’s across Final Control Portfolio. Undeveloped message to the market, shift mindset from corrective to predictive.
Leverage One Final Control Strategy to expand our coverage during customer’s maintenance activities
Ensures customer & internal awareness of our Lifecycle Services Performance Services offering by proactive marketing, customer visits and internal training sessions.
Meets or exceeds target orders and quoted gross margins.
Leverages the local Sales channels and Service teams to identify and qualify opportunities and drive the teams to enter all opportunities into the appropriate Business Systems.
Works with the local Sales teams to create a detailed business forecast.
Reviews and provides input / feedback on service proposals generated by the local Proposal team.
Works with the local Sales and Service teams to convert all qualified opportunities into service contracts or orders.
Accountable for Bookings in Lifecycle Services Business (Target will be decided for every financial year.
Able to travel extensively at least 50% of the time.
Ensure compliance of workplace safety rules, including but not limited to the usage of a personal protective equipment, if provided to you, while working;
not involve in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger peers or oneself; reporting unsafe work conditions and providing suggestions to improve safety / health at work, as needed.
Must be aligned with the vision and mission of the corporation and the Business Unit.
Collaborate with Business Plan development.
Perform face-to-face contact with key customers for building a solid relationship; get key early sales related information, get account organizations understanding and intelligence activities in order to know in advance its concerns, plans and purchasing criteria.
To be capable to train internal and external people.
Participate in all mandatory training provided by the company, such as those related to Trade Compliance and all training related to compliance with legal regulations and / or Corporate Policies, and may also be the mentor / guide of these issues if it is required.
Take training courses according to Business Unit requirements to be the Specialist.
To deliver seminars to the customers.
To implement Business Unit and Corporate initiatives.
Engineering degree or similar, with specialization in control valves
Advanced level in English language able to speak and understand a technical or commercial conversation.
Microsoft Office, Outlook, and computers use skills
Willingness to travel intensively inside the country and abroad
Knowledge in quality management systems
Experience in selling services is a plus
