Our Advisory & Insights people are the face of GPA to our external stakeholders and customers, providing strategic decision support to the stakeholders in their assigned area(s).
They also work across the ecosystem to strategically influence our products, services, and offerings based on customer feedback.
The role will serve as the People Analytics Associate Advisor for Recruiting & Onboarding area, being responsible to provide meaningful, and relevant analytics and insights to leaders, supporting critical talent decision making every day.
Main responsibilities :
Advisory support Management reporting, HR Metrics analysis and deep dive, adhoc analysis for decision making / leadership meetings / support special projects.
Includes monthly / quarterly Executive packs with a consolidated view of key HR metrics for the designated HR area. Work with the designated HR Area to understand their analytics and insights needs and wherever possible utilize existing digital tools to shape the solution.
Assess and recommend solutions for gaps that are found. Create insights from tools that are actionable to deliver high value.
Understand the overall strategy, priorities, and objectives of the assigned customer segment, and work in partnership with senior HR leader(s) and other teams to understand and address business issues and challenges that may be presented.
Be a subject matter expert of the HR area and reporting and analytic offerings relevant to the assigned customer segment and drive awareness, education / training, and adoption of the products.
Advocate for the modern / digital HR agenda with a focus on driving analytic and reporting capabilities, solutions, products, offerings, and services.
Indirectly coordinate the work of other team members (small team).
