Job Summary :
Import / Exports Planner will be responsible of the coordination and planning of daily / weekly shipments for CPS Argentina.
Regarding Export process will be his responsibility to coordinate the conditioning of the materials with the warehouse area to assure that the cargo complies all the customs regulations.
Furthermore, the Import / Exports Planner must coordinate the operation with the forwarder and the customs broker in order to ensure the delivery arrives to destination as it was planned.
Regarding imports Import / Exports Planner must facilitate all information needed by the customs broker / Forwarder in order to perform the importation process.
In addition, It will be under his responsibility to control all the documentation and request, if it necessary, all the changes needed to avoid any delay in the process.
Furthermore, he must coordinate the deliveries with the reception area.
Under their scope, the export analyst should be responsible for updating all the information in SAP and files refers to import / export process.

TMS (Transportation Management Systems) i.e. OTM
Transportation Regulatory Compliance i.e. IATA, ADR, IMDG etc

Educational Requirements :
Graduated from Foreign Trade / Engineering / Business Administration.
Cultural Diversity : English
Coordination of different suppliers / service providers for Imports / export in order to avoid delays in process. Avoid errors in documentation
Judgment and Decision-Making :
Manage Short-term priorities to accomplish with weekly / daily routines and with different suppliers / service providers.
Decision to determinate if the documentation is complete and correct for any import / exports.
