  • The Main Responsibilities

    Responsable de las herramientas / sistemas utilizadas por los CCMS para el Project Management de las soluciones vendidas

  • Monitoreo de proyectos
  • Customer Dashboard - Customer Portal
  • Selección de plataformas de gestión para las soluciones ofrecidas por la compañía
  • Implantación en la región
  • Mantener inventario de skills y expertise de los CCMs en la región

    Mantener actualizado el Training de los CCMs

  • Seguimiento de la capacitación
