Reporting to the Country Facilities Manager, the Facilities Analyst will be responsible to consolidate financial information, perform variance analysis, and drive cost improvements involving the real estate.
This position will participate in month-end closings and the preparation of financial reports and analysis as required for facilities management.
Dimensions : Supporting the Country Facilities Manager and the Facilities Coordinators will be the focal point to financial subjects involving real estate.

Provides accurate financial information and analysis through management of the real estate costs centers.
Prepares financial forecasts.
Prepares budgets on an annual basis.
Ensures that accounts are accurate and current.
Maintains vendor relationships through ensuring timely payment of invoices.
Manage capital expenditure processes through preparation of requests, maintenance of quotes and keeping track of expenditures.
Prepare month and year-end closings and present results to country facilities manager and staff team.
Bachelor's degree in Accountability, Finance or related
Two or more years of experience
Advanced / intermediate English level
Advanced / expert proficiency with MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiar with SAP System.
Excellent analytical skills.
Decision-making for middle-complexes issues.
Attention to detail.
Organization, time management, prioritizing and the ability to handle a varied workload.
