Mondelez International is looking for : Team Leader Description To lead the manufacturing core team in their daily activities, according to the Integrated Lean 6 Sigma model, so that his team achieves the objectives proposed. Responsibilities

  • Direct responsibility for the work team's performance (operators and coordinators) of your mini-plant and in your shift.
  • Monitoring and evaluating performance.

  • Ensure the safety of your team members by complying with the safety and environmental policies.
  • Ensure compliance with quality policies and procedures to obtain healthy and good quality products. Ensure compliance with process parameters (formula, temperatures, time, etc.)
  • Ensure proper operation of the line equipment.
  • Compliance with the programmed volume of the shift. Ensure that all the detentions in the production parts are justified.
  • Comply with the Global Efficiency of the lines in your shift.
  • Participate in improvement cases and propose new cases. Participate in the development of investment projects.
  • Guide leaders and work teams in charge.
  • Set priorities in your work shift. Arrange and publish weekly schedules. Assign overtime.
  • Follow-up of discharges due to non-compliance.
  • Ensure corrective and preventive maintenance on your shift. Permanent coordination with the other shifts.
  • Build and develop the Skill Matrix and development plan of your team, run Daily Management System (DMS) at related levels and deliver the SSQCDM (safety, sustainability, quality, cost, distribution and morale) objectives aligned with the company business needs’ (CBN) and Hoshin of the plant.
  • Lead your Autonomous Group and development of the activity plans for each step of Market Area, organize the work routine of the teams to absorb the pillars work processes.
  • Identify performance deviations or development needs and define actions for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for loss reduction and develop small improvement projects with your team.
  • Academic Knowledge

  • Bachelor degree in engineering (food, industrial, chemical).
  • Working Knowledge

  • Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Total Productive Maintenance experience. (Required)
  • 2 years of experience in food industry (Desirable).
  • Abilities

  • Strong focus on safety behavior.
  • Proven abilities to manage people (more than 40 employees).
