Primary Activities and Responsibilities
Responsible for end to end recruiting in Argentina, Chile and Uruguay. Partner and consult with the business to understand business needs and develop, gain commitment and implement a Talent Acquisition global strategy.
Understand internal business strategy and talent landscape (including Talent Reviews and Succession Planning)
Consult & influence selection decisions ensuring a diverse pipeline
Develop deep candidate pipelines; network proactively and have a passion for identifying and securing top talent externally.
Partner with the TA COE leads to identify and deploy Employee Branding, Social Media and Diversity strategies, applicable to all Latin America Countries.
Implement locally Branding and University Relations Programs with focus on early talent (targeted countries and divisions).
Leverage HR support across the countries.
Drive Diversity initiatives with HRBPs,
Consult on and conduct assessment / selection approach when needed
Educate the business / Hiring managers on hiring progress and competitive landscape utilizing internal and external metrics and data
Drive consistency in the hiring process and ensure a best in class hiring manager and candidate experience
Build strong relationships with business, HR COE’s and HRBPs
Comply with local Compliance requirements
Ability to deliver on or exceed stated KPI’s
Understand the local labor market and talent supply as well as local compensation trends
Educate the business on hiring progress and competitive landscape utilizing internal and external metrics and data including hiring manager trainings.
Comply with local Compliance requirements including works council matters where needed
Engage with the local HR team and have to embed their initiatives into the overall HR and talent strategy.
Implement locally the company s EVP and EB strategies
Ensure up to date market knowledge
Bachelor degree required, post grade will be a plus.
Minimum 4 years of end to end recruiting experience; a combination of search firm and corporate recruiting experience strongly preferred
Desirable Branding and University Relations Program implementation proven experience as well as Project Management experience.
Ability to consult and collaborate at all levels of the organization
Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and ambiguous environment
Ability to foresee business strategies and provide solutions
Strong business acumen
Good communication skills
External labor market and best practice knowledge
Strong influencing, negotiation and conflict management skills
Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Experience with ATS / Taleo
Bilingual Spanish English
