Senior Change Manager, HR Program

Reporting to and partnering closely with the Director, the Senior Change Manager, HR Programs, will work with the Media.

Monks global People team, partner with business leaders and departments to ensure employees embrace, adopt and use the solution associated with the change.

One of our major initiatives is the deployment and implementation of Workday as the HRIS system, so prior experience with change management in regards to adoption of the tool would be a big plus.


Focus on the people side of change management

  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
  • Create and implement change management strategies / plans to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees.
  • Partner across disciplines on their change initiatives

  • Collaborate and build relationships with all supporting business partners (i.e. HRIS / Workday, L&D, DEI, Culture / Wellness, Policies / Mobility, Leadership teams).
  • Support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans.
  • Provide ideas and feedback for the on-going development of change management within all HR functions.
  • Support or lead communication and training for major change initiatives

  • Keep HR leadership informed on the status of change initiatives.
  • Inform regional leads of change initiatives and ensure action items are understood at the regional level.
  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of communication and / or training programs.
  • Provide support and coach all levels of managers through change initiatives to help them fulfill the role of change sponsor.
  • After deployment, identify adoption issues and develop solutions.
  • Partner with the regional lead and integration team(s) on all acquisitions to ensure a world class employee experience.
  • Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of change management experience
  • Familiar with ADKAR or similar models
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to support and coach managers / leadership to impact change across the organization
  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work in ambiguous situations
  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
  • Forward looking with a holistic approach
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively
  • Prior experience of Workday or other complex HRIS systems preferred
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
