As a member of our Technology Operations team, yourinitiative and creative problem-solving will help propel global innovation intechnology and business.

Working with a team of motivated collaborators, you'lldevelop and implement strategic technology solutions, ensuring the successfulintegration of network system and applications servers into existing and newtechnology infrastructures.

You'll play a key role in the care and support ofcustomers, including proactive incident monitoring. In addition to valuableon-the-job experience, you'll receive coaching, mentorship and a host of otherdevelopment opportunities to advance your career at the firm and beyond.

You'llwork with the Global Product Support Management team and product owners toorganize and consolidate content for processes and technologies promotingsuccessful problem solving of technical issues by Technology Operations team.

You’ll have a significant effectcollaborating with technology partners to administer the digital content lifecycleproviding employees with the information they need to use product featuresthereby increasing employee satisfaction and their overall experience.

This role requires a wide varietyof strengths and capabilities, including :

  • BS / BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced infrastructure project, operationssystems and data analytics knowledge

    General Proficiency in one or more of thefollowing : Microsoft Office, VPN, Virtual Machines, Remote Connectivityproducts, Security and HTML

    Understanding of technology offerings andbusinesses supported

    Ability to identify problems, troubleshoot anddeliver strategic solutions to clients

    Genuine interest in continuous feedback,learning and growth opportunities

    Effective collaboration and communication toachieve common goals and maintain a company standard of excellence

    General knowledge of Windows / MAC OS, VPN,Virtual Machine, Remote Connectivity products, and Security
