Your key responsibilities
As the MST Test Lead / Coordinator, you will coordinate the user acceptance testing for the releases. Understand the release scope and support the business teams to complete the testing successfully.
Responsible to publish the test dashboards, follow-up on the defects, etc., Ensure the teams adhere to the test process in ALM.
Raise the alarm to leadership at the right time if any challenges or risks in test delivery
And your strong Technical Experience around testing, organization, communication skills is a must to ensure the testing results provide the proper coverage for the fix / change being made.
Part of your responsibilities are :
Lead the test teams and conduct various phases of testing
Direct interaction with clients to coordinate UAT
Ensure the test deliverables on-time with quality
Ensure team adhere to the EY / MST testing process
Lead Defect lifecycle and follow-up with respective functional / business teams for closure
Communicate with business leads and provide appropriate support
Work with global teams
Skills and attributes for success
Significant experience around Service Management, Change Release Management and Quality Management techniques gained through IT program / project delivery and in an IT support environment
Experience of working with multi-location teams
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills
The ability to work and teaming effectively with clients and other management personnel across geographies
Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
Ability to understand, integrate and lead virtual cross-cultural, cross-border teams
Adopt a logical and organized approach to problem resolution
Ability to clearly articulate both problems / risks and proposed solutions
Willingness to learn quickly and to adapt to changing requirements
Good numerate / numerate / mathematical ability
Proven confidence in working with stakeholders and upper management
To qualify for the role you must have
Experience of having worked on large, global IT deployment programs including preparing for go-live and supporting the immediate post go-live period
Nice to have Automation test tools experience
Testing experience in SAP environment desirable
Excellent experience in client-facing roles within blue chip organizations
Ability to deal efficiently with escalations and difficult situations / people under pressure
Ability to suggest, create and implement continuous improvement initiative to improve test process
Ideally, you’ll also have
Minimum of 8+ years IT related experience
Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in test lead / test coordination role
3+ experience in HP-ALM (Microfocus) is must
SAP experience is desirable
Good to have experience in Test Automation tools
One or more professional certificates to supplement formal education
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
Attained ISTQB Foundation in Software Testing or equivalent
