Be prepared to interact with colleagues from all over the world and develop several campaigns to be launched in different countries.

You will get exceptional training in sales and IT and you will build strong professional relationships.

This is a junior level position in sales that will support the growth of our customer database through lead generation campaigns.

This will include following up on various marketing generated leads as well as direct dial campaigns that provide a prospect stream for our Regional Sales Managers.

This is a base salary + commission position with exciting career path opportunities in a high growth software Company. This position offers excellent learning and career development opportunities for those interested in pursuing a career in sales as account manager.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Lead generation for new software and services.
  • Calling campaigns targeted towards new customer acquisition.
  • Cross-sell referrals (see the opportunity to offer our clients more than one product while doing demos).
  • Manage current customer license transfer and upgrade communication, negotiation and processing.
  • Set-up product overview demos for customers needing education on their licensed software.
  • Qualifications :

  • Sales vocation. We believe that the most related careers would be Public Relations, Business Administration and / or International Trade (students or graduates), but this is not exclusive.
  • What really matters is your willing to grow in sales.

  • Excellent customer service skills / abilities.
  • The willingness to evolve the career as an IT Software Sales Representative / Account Manager in a medium term.
  • Passion for Technology and Sales Displayed energy and optimism regarding our software, solutions and our customers.
  • Excellent English spoken (phone calls in English included) and written.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • The ability to professionally represent the Company and its software products.
  • Self-driven, motivated and results oriented.
  • Strong ability to influence and persuade others.
  • Knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus.
