Relentless pursuit of better
You’ll be responsible for revenue and transaction growth in your assigned territory maximizing sales opportunities. You will interact with and support existing agents.
You will also interact with potential and new agents activating them and supporting them in the growth across all our agent products and services.
You’ll be expected to build relationships with relevant grassroots and community organizations and optimize sales opportunities.
Using your reporting skills to provide weekly sales reports and competitor analysis.
Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have :
Keep the agents in perfect conditions.Administer, control and monitor all the active agents.Support all agency issues.You’ll be interacting with different areas to resolve the issues.
Negotiating and teamwork skills.Self-management of resources.Own vehicle in good condition. Include, driving license (requirement)Management of computer tools.
Ownership skill : Autonomy and responsibility.Intermediate English level and intermediate Excel.Degree or advanced student in commercial or related.
Three years of experience in : financial companies or retail channel in Commercial area.
