The meeting support specialist provides a key role in the smooth management of meetings and events, enabling a great experience for producers, presenters, and attendees.

Your key responsibilities
The meeting support specialist will provide white-glove service to meetings and events prior to, during, and post meetings and events.
You will help event organizers create their event, including break-out sessions, and agendas with links. You will have hosting and administrative duties during the event, including but not limited to : opening and closing the event, managing Q&A, assisting attendees with locating break-out sessions.
You will work closely with stakeholders for virtual events across EY, noticing trends, triaging issues for support, describing new support needs.
