Responsible for setting up the Digital Business strategy in CU aligning with the Latam Regionand globally. Responsible for the Business Forecast in CY to CY + 5.
Leads the MAP (Marketing Action Plan) aligned to the company's objectives for the CU and Region.
Work with Product Leaders of the Digital Portfolio to define needs and prioritize investments.
Maintain and expand relationship with external accelerators and startups seeking products and strategic alliances for the implementation of the strategy
Implement in coordination with the region an advance process / operational model of digital product
Develop and implement business plans for digital products. Definition of value and value capture system, as well as defining promotional communication and marketing channels, including cross-sales programs with other platforms (Seeds and Crop Protection).
Co-lead LPCT to evaluate projects and opportunities together with an interdisciplinary team.
Support seed and crop protection brands with digital products to support sales.
Responsible for the management and analysis of the producer database. Focus user analysis to manage more sales and provide information and tools to sales and marketing groups to carry out actions based on data analysis.
Use data-science tools to perform descriptive and / or predictive analysis.
Responsible and secure administration of the database.
Incorporation of new tools for data analysis.
Lead digital and data analytics team (3 people). Train this team in digital knowledge and data analytics.
Demonstrable knowledge in analytics and management of digital products.
Minimum of 4 years of experience.
Independence for decision making.
