We’re looking for a Manufacturing (Plant) Manager to join our Manufacturing Team in Parque Suarez Plant, Buenos Aires, Argentina .

As a Plant Manager you’ll be responsible for define, coordinate and control the provision of supplies and production process of a Lighting factory to ensure : finished product availability in the warehouse, product quality (according to specifications) and electrical safety (according to regulations) while, at the same time, ensuring cost competitiveness for Argentina and the region.

What you’ll do

  • Define and implement the production process to get quality products in accordance with standards and regulations.
  • Train and motivate staff to develop their potential and commitment to the achievement of the objectives of the company.
  • Establish and manage the factory planning and supply, to ensure provide finished products, using the lower amount of resources, maximizing the company benefit.
  • Coordinate activities auxiliary sector to enhance the performance of production plans and introduction of new products.
  • Propose and implement changes in products and processes to reduce costs and increase profit margin.
  • Your qualifications

  • Engineering degree
  • Previous experience as plant / Logistics Manager and team leader (5 years min)
  • proactive - curious
  • self-driven and self-motivated
  • Fluent English language, both spoken and written
