Due to continuing company success, Frost & Sullivan is currently seeking an Accounting Ssr Analyst , a successful candidate will be committed to offer the highest level of support to encourage an efficient and productive work environment by being in charge of different tasks related to regional accounting and office administration.

This full-time position will report to the Administrative and Finance Manager of Latin America, located in Buenos Aires.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible of monthly and annual accounting closings for the region
  • Prepare and record journal entries and reconciliations
  • Prepare weekly payments and control of expenses for the region
  • Control cash movements for the region. Prepare daily cash position reports. Petty cash management
  • Prepare working paper for Tax filings for the region. Maturity and payment monitoring according to tax schedule
  • Control and approve employee’s expense reports for the region
  • Collaborate in monthly payroll
  • Assist the different legal, tax, audit, accounting and payroll service suppliers within the region
  • Provide support to North America accounting and administrative department
  • General administrative tasks of Staff Administration
  • Participate in other special projects in the area : external audits, financial and other reports.
  • Qualifications

  • Intermediate Accounting students or Accountant
  • 1-3 years of experience in similar positions, preferable at international companies and / or prestigious audit firms
  • Discretion in handling confidential information
  • Advanced English skills (speaking, writing and listening) is mandatory. Portuguese a plus.
  • Customer and service orientation.
  • Attention to details and very well organized.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable to work with different cultures and working styles.
  • Excellent accounting systems and MS Office skills, especially in Excel.
