This role is the focal point and liason between the Shared Service Center (Facultative Reinsurance) in Buenos Aires, and internal / external clients across Latin America.
Act as the link between the Shared Service Center (SSC) and internal / external clients of Latin American offices
Manage the relationship and negotiate with stakeholders, ensuring that business flows smoothly, interacting with the leaders of the SSC team and resolving any issue when necessary.
Build and present reports with KPI’s tp the SSC, countries and regional leaders.
Maximize client satisfaction (internal / external) ensuring to comply with the agreed service level
Maintain regular calls with clients and indentify improvements and possible similar needs between them, being the trigger that creates and follow up new projects with those improvement actions.
Manage project portfolio oriented to improvement actions taken for Clients
A minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance / reinsurance market
Bachelor’s Degree in Actuary, Economic Sciences, Engineering or related, preferred.
Advanced skills in English language oral and written communication (Mandatory)
Exceptional client relationship skills; ability to develop strong relationships quickly and maximize resources effectively to achieve goals.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with high seniority partners.
Proven success working in a fast-paced, high pressure environment and self sufficient
Strong organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance-driven environment managing multiple deliverables
Strong analytic skills
Availability to travel
