Job Purpose and Impact The Tax Professional will perform day to day and project based tax activities including consulting and internal controls with medium to high complexity requiring general tax knowledge.

In this role, you will provide corporate tax advice and support related to corporate tax compliance, development of tax solutions and advice and resolution of legal disputes and audits.

Key Accountabilities + Perform tax compliance activities related to indirect taxes. Provide advice about value added tax and other indirect taxes processes and outputs for generally defined items of medium to high complexity requiring general understanding of principles, theories, concepts and analysis.

  • Provide support to all local companies of the group, business units, functions. Advice on a full range of low to medium / High complexity tax inquiries and assisting with a variety of tax compliance activities.
  • Monitor legislation and generally accepted methods for verification of suppliers and participate in regular oversight of the process to continuously improve and ensure efficiency.
  • Conduct tax related research and analysis requiring a general understanding of tax practices and procedures.+ Handle routine and straightforward correspondence with the external revenue bodies and inquiries from various taxing authorities.
  • Participating in the contract approval process for domestic transactions.+ Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimun Qualifications : + Public Accountant+ Two years of experience in the Tax Area.
  • Medium / advanced level of English+ PC knowledge Preferred Qualifications : + Five years of experience in the Tax Area.
  • Experience in indirect taxes+ Experience in the grain industry+ Previous experience in a Big 4 (Deloitte, Price, KPMG, Ernst & Young)Equal Opportunity Employer, including Disability / Vet.
