Customer Support & Engagement Coordinator

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Accountability for customer's best engagement which includes technical support, proactive engagement calls, and other key interactions, improving customers lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to continuously develop our customer success processes across all teams, always focused on a seamless experience for our customers
  • Support sales team by implementing & managing the leads strategy
  • Drive the best systems to deliver and track our customer success processes, including identifying the need, gathering requirements, and potentially lead business cases to implement new process and system improvements.
  • Responsible for the action plan as a result of the Voice of customer insights, including dashboards and implementation.

  • Promote adoption of key processes with platform support tools such as Salesforce Coordinate all Execution of customer interaction calls on a day to day level, engaging customers to fully adopt our product - together with Customer Success Manager;
  • Keep track of Team effectiveness dashboards and reports that facilitate process monitoring, customer health score to influence renewal business and drive user adoption;
  • Ensure timely follow up and resolution to drive improvements on the way we interact.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Process team to improve product with focus on reduction of cases and issues - working on root cause resolution and product improvement to maximize customer experience;
  • Ensure correct escalation process and engagement with local team to reduce response time on case resolution;
  • Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy engineering, marketing, business or related discipline
  • Self-directed with strong initiative
  • Service oriented, with a focus on teamwork, collaboration, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Customer focused, with the ability to identify and satisfy the needs of external and internal customers.
  • Continually searches for ways to provide value-added solutions for customers. Relevant experience in positions that required business strategic vision, strong analytics skills & project management.
  • Excellent communication, networking and relationship development skills;
  • Comprehension of the challenges and best practices of developing and deploying initiatives that scale Highly analytical, with the ability to see the big picture and design new processes as well as identify opportunities for improvement
  • Great organisational skills and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Advanced / Fluent English Mandatory - Portuguese is a plus
