The purpose of this role is to work as part of theregional and global Cyber Security teams to deliver and maintain asecurity governance and risk program supporting certificationinitiatives, risk management, business continuity and exceptionprocesses for the Americas region, with a concentration in LatinAmerica.
The role reports to the Regional Security Manager,Americas. Responsibilities : Build positive stakeholderrelationships in the region and globally Perform risk assessmentsutilizing dentsu’s information security risk management processesParticipate in incident management, following appropriate policiesand procedures.
Perform "root cause analysis forincidents to identify and remediate information security issuesReport on the design and operation effectiveness of securitycontrols Actively contribute to security training initiatives toincrease employee awareness Evangelize a culture of InformationSecurity awareness across the region Develop security metrics viareporting dashboards for regional and global stakeholders Performinternal audits measuring compliance with documented informationsecurity policies, standards and processes Maintain the informationsecurity improvement plan ensuring actions are completed by theagreed target dates Review internal processes and systems to ensureinformation confidentiality, integrity and availability Maintain arecord of compliance obligations mapping the evidence required todemonstrate alignment Risk remediation to support dentsu’s ISO27001certification Support RFI / RFP response from an Information Securityperspective Requisitos : 3 years’ experience in informationsecurity.
Working knowledge of security practices, technologies,architectures, and philosophies in the Cyber / Information Securityportfolio Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage workload andadapt to changing business conditions Proactive, upbeat andcollaborative communication style, with the ability to be direct,tactful, and transparent Ability to work effectively as part of ateam Solid problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze problems andrisk from multiple perspectives Comfortable with managinguncertainty, ambiguity, and change to make decisions and prioritizetasks Understanding of security risk analysis techniques Ability toexplain technical complex concepts to non-technical audiencescombined with excellent communication and organizational skills Isdemonstrably self-motivated, pro-active, action orientated toachieve deadlines Proactive development of trending knowledge andskills within information security community Interest in their ownpersonal development within security governance Experienced with ITassurance functions and auditing techniques (desirable)Understanding of network architecture, protocols and principles(desirable) Achieved or working towards an information securityqualification (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC desirable) Must be fluentin Spanish and english Advanced english level Formal projectmanagement training including a Project Management certification.
