This position will be responsible for support and maintenance of multiple high availability applications for the client. This includes software design and build for product enhancements, resolution of defects, and rapid response to critical issues as well as on-going monitoring of system health.
Due to high performance nature of the product and criticality of these applications, high proficiency is required in trouble shooting, desirable skills in .
NET and well-rounded skills for the overall software stack.
Perform application support of multiple applications types (ad-hoc & inhouse) for US client.
Service Management and follow up of incident resolution, through ITIL.
Being part of a remote, multidisciplinary, and distributed team.
Participate in eventual rotative guards (24x7)
Maintenance and documentation of systems and processes.
Experience and Skills
Prior experience giving maintenance and support to applications.
NET desirable knowledge among other technologies.
Fast response times and easy problem tracking and solving skills.
Excellent communication skills & Upper intermediate English level.
Data base Knowledge (Oracle, SQL)
Linux, Wintel, Networking, Firewall knowledge is a plus.
Focus on continuous improvement and experience with ITIL Methodology.
