Better requires process discipline and simplification We’ll be looking you to coordinate, and performance national telecommunications moves, adds or changes.
You’ll be the point of contact between internal partners and clients alike. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and creating new telecom processes.
You’ll maintain the national hardware and telecom inventory, evaluate existing telecom processes and assess telecommunication needs.
You’ll validate order installs and purchased services for data. Also, you’ll maintain the SLAs, keep track that order process implementation is on time, meeting or exceeding project timelines.
Some responsibilities are : Network solutions design, implementation and testing, network monitoring and support, links management, security and balance devices management, (Firewalls / Load Balancers), documentation and diagrams.
You’ll must comply with ITIL based incident, change and problem management processes. You’ll participate in different projects.
For such a detail-driven role, you will need 3 or more years of experience in similar position in multinational or telecommunication company.
You will have obtained your bachelor’s degree or be a student in Computer Science or related field, the CCNA Certified is required and the CCNP cerfied is desirable.
You’ll have to be proactive, team-oriented and you’ll need analytical skills, effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.
You will need to know TCP / IP and related networking protocols and the LAN Switching protocols : STP DTP Security Layer 2, and routing protocols : IGP y EGP, Cisco Nexus and OTV on Stick.
Besides, you’ll need to know Firewall Management (Cisco ASA / Firepower - VPN Site to Site, VPN Remote Access) and ITIL processes.
You’ll need experience in FortiNet and BlueCoat devices and management of Cisco WAN (LAN2LAN, MPLS, MetroEhternet) / LAN data network equipment.
Also, You’ll need experience in F5 Load balancers and in monitoring tools like Nagios, What's up, Cacti, RMTG, etc. You’ll need intermediate English language skills.
