Global Delivery Services (GDS) consists of various service delivery centers from which our Client Service and Enablement Services teams operate to deliver strategic support to our EY member firms.
GDS spans all geographies, practices, services lines, sectors and competencies within EY to deliver deeply-integrated services that result in efficient and world-class solutions.
GCR EMS provides global and country engagement management services across the globe. Our comprehensive global and country services includes end to end project management services around pursuit, transition and service delivery.
We work in partnership with multiple global and country onshore teams to deliver engagement management services.
The primary role of an Associate is to work proactively in a team environment on various client deliverables. Assist Seniors / Account Managers in managing relationships with global stakeholders / clients.
What are you going to do?
Understand the functioning of the engagement tools across any phases of the engagement
Work closely with Seniors to provide engagement management support for client (s)
Support technical GDS teams or client facing teams in Americas, EMEIA, LATAM and Asia pacific
Monitor engagement status, issues and potential risks that can impact engagement
Understand processes and dependencies in meeting obligations of the filings in countries
Effectively liaise with EY professionals preparing the fillings in countries & client facing teams
Consistently provide high quality work
Contribute to client satisfaction by providing timely and effective responses to stakeholders via email and calls to address needs and concerns
Maintain collaborative relationships with EY colleagues
Assist Seniors and Managers on projects, as requested
Proactively identify issues and recommend solutions
Demonstrate professionalism and poise in demeanor, attitude, communication, behavior and interaction with others
What do we need from you?
Have 0 to 2 years of total work experience
Effective communication skills both written and oral in English, Spanish and Portuguese. An added advantage if proficient in other LATAM or European languages however not a must
Bachelors or Master’s degree
Experience in working in a multi-cultural and team environment
Have effective communication skills - both written and oral.
Contribute actively to creating a high performing team
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and structured thinking abilities
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and analytical skill
Demonstrate an eye for detail
Be flexible and willing to adjust responsibilities to align with developing business needs
Be proficient in Word / PowerPoint / Excel - working knowledge of MS office
