QualificationsScope for the role :

  • Provide Tech Support to end users for the DBM / DCM campaigns · Be the end user point of contact in any tech support related concern · Resolve incidents in a very dynamic and an ever-
  • changing environment Requirements for the position :

  • 2 years of Tech Support experience · Strong communication skills · Advance Level of English · Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, SQL · Full Time availability Nice to have skills · Knowledge / Experience with Data Analytics / online Marketing tools
