The Sales Manager for our Integrity Solutions Business Field is responsible for high efficiency in sales, pricing, scope and contract negotiations with the customers.
Moreover, the responsibility of the Sales Manager lies in the accountability for order intake and revenue targets, and is also responsible for maintaining market presence and intelligence (support forecast).
The Sales Manager must carry out all activities in accordance with the ROSEN Quality & HSE-manual and ROSEN Quality & HSE-guidelines.
Main responsibilities :
The main core deliverables of the Sales Manager for our Integrity Solutions Business Field, are as follows (but not limited to the list below)
Accomplish sales targets within assigned territory, business line and time frame as defined by the manager.
Support re-current Sales and Strategy Plan for our Integrity Solutions Business Field.
Identify potential clients and projects for Integrity Solutions as well as for other Business Lines.
Identify in new business opportunities in own field of expertise, when working at customer site, and outside own field of expertise, but in line with agreed business plans.
Present identified opportunities effectively and convincingly to the customer.
Get to know the customers organization who the decision-makers are, and who the influencers are.
Get to know who are competitors, how they price, costing / pricing principles and the difference between features and benefits, and what ROSEN can provide at what cost / prices.
Obtain market information (leads, competitor information) and appropriate distribution.
Visit customers regularly following ROSEN guidelines and propose new products.
Plan and Advertise exhibitions and promotional activities with Regional Marketing
Identify, analyse, counteract and secure tailored inquires factoring competitions and ROSEN.
Recommendations for pre-qualification and tendering
Revenue forecast and report to the Business Line Head.
Maintain current and develop new relationships and follow up with clients.
Maintain and enhance clients loyalty and partnership.
Address issues and solve problems to maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
Closing deals and provide after sales services.
Review contract related non-conformities, and contractual terms and conditions.
Develop mutual understanding of risk versus value ot the technical proposal with the customer .
Communicate, networking and influence colleagues within own and related disciplines and projects teams.
Adhering to quality principles and procedures, and giving routine advice on quality matters.
Obtain business, either new or recurrent to the company.
Analyze customer needs and offer customized solutions.
Acquire sustainable and profitable projects for the company
Asses, clarify, prepare proposals (commercial / technical) and negotiate contracts.
Lead and handle the project on the acquisition phase from first contact until contract handover.
Professional graduated in sales and / or marketing related areas.
At least 4 years’ of successful experience in Sales and Negotiations, developed preferably within the Oil and Gas sector.
Previous ROSEN Technologies services knowledge preferable.
Proactive, Commercial, Customer Orientation, Negotiation and Persuasion high skills
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Work team oriented, social and leadership skills compatible with the company’s core values
English level B2 as defined by the CEFR standards
