We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist for our office in Buenos Aires that will be taking care of ensuring the best customer experience according to our high standards and definitios of our Customer Delight Department.

The main goal of this position is to become the voice of the customer by always support them in every interaction and dentifying our product potential improvement.

The success of the platform goes hand in hand with a deep understanding of our customers needs and this team is the main source of information.

What you will be doing :

  • Place the customer in a central position always offering them the best experience during each one of their contacts
  • Resolve all tickets through the different communication channels, using all the tools at hand.
  • Show thorough knowledge of the product in all platform, live the OLX experience like users do. Test all functionalities the product offered not only on the Web but also in Mobile Platforms, getting to know the users firsthand.
  • Suggest new ideas to improve the service and improve the satisfaction of our customers.
  • Follow and respect all the processes to spot potential areas of improvement, always searching for better ways to offer the best customer - centered experience.
  • Keep two-way ocommunication channels open, to be aware of users needs in order to yield potential product improvements to become the VOC.
  • Show respect and cordiality bearing in mind that we are our company’s frontline.
  • Accomplish the main KPIs of the area, QA, CSAT, Productivity, SLA, First time replay and Full Resolution Time.
  • Identify and report Incident promptly and accurately.
  • Keep all the queues updated
  • Attentive to news or changes in our platform and customer support rules

  • We need someone that is a great communicator in terms of written, social, and verbal skills
  • A team player that always show excellent abilities when communicating with the different teams and people, both internally and externally.
  • The individual perfectly suitable for this job needs to be a very attentive listener and have a great ability to build rapport with a customer
